Company

TB Marketing LLP is a Company registered in England and Wales.

Tax

Prices and estimates are given exclusive of tax and the company reserves the right to charge and the customer shall pay any VAT or other tax due.

Data Protection

By placing and order with TB Marketing LLP the customer consents to its details being held by the company for accounting purposes and passed to third party contractors where necessary to complete the work (such as couriers for the purpose of delivering the work to the customer) and this information will be retained by the company even after the trading has ceased.

By placing an order the customer consents to the company using its information for marketing purposes whereby the company may notify the customer about its products, services or special offers that may be of interest, unless otherwise agreed.

Order

By placing an order, you are forming a legally binding contract with TB Marketing LLP, for products and services, and you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Customers

If you are placing this order in the name of a company, you must be  authorised to place this order for the company, if not we reserve the right hold you personally liable for any unpaid monies due.

Pricing, Quotations & Price Match

Quoted prices are valid for 30 days inclusive from the date of issue with the exception of limited editions or special offers which can be withdrawn at any time at management discretions.

TB Marketing LLP reserves the right to refuse to process any customer order,  printing, websites or orders for any other products or services.

Terms of Sale

TB Marketing LLP accepts cash, cheques, BACS and card payments (Visa/Mastercard/Maestro/Solo)

All orders require payment upon receipt of invoice which may be issued at the point of design approval and before the job is printed.

In the event of non-payments that lead to dispute and/or litigation, the client agrees to pay all legal and collection fees incurred by TB Marketing LLP.

Proofing, Colour Matching & Print Quality

TB Marketing will reproduce files as closely as possible, but may not exactly match colour and density due to the limitations in the proofing and printing process unless a pantone ref is used.  A reasonable variation in colour between original materials, proofs and the completed order, will be considered acceptable print quality.

Customers must provide high resolution images suited to the offset printing process, TB Marketing LLP is not liable for images printing poorly due to the customer providing low resolution images.

Customers must provide all full colour printing images in CMYK format. TB Marketing LLP is not responsible for any colour shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK colour modes.

Complaints

All complaints must be made within 5 business days of receipt of the completed print order or other work.  Orders with manufacturing errors and/or defects will be rerun on the next print run at no charge to the customer, at the discretion of TB Marketing LLP.

Unsatisfactory orders as a result of a customer's errors or omissions at the design approval stage, will be re-printed at a reduced rate charged to the customer.

Errors & Omissions

TB Marketing LLP is not responsible for errors and omissions approved by the customer. The customer is solely responsible for any errors missed during the proofing process of either artwork supplied by the customer or artwork created by TB Marketing LLP.

Indemnification

The customer will indemnify and hold harmless TB Marketing LLP from any loss, expense, and damages arising out of violation of copyright or trademark laws from the direct or indirect illegal use of images, photographs, slogans, trademarks, or graphical work supplied by the customer.

Delivery & Shipping

All posted turnaround times are approximate and although TB Marketing LLP will make every effort to meet these delivery times, TB Marketing LLP, will not be liable for any costs or damages resulting from deliveries made later than expected to the customer.

Delays or damage during shipping are the sole responsibility of the carrier providing shipping services. TB Marketing LLP is not responsible for delays or damage howsoever caused during shipping.
