I have print ready files, how long will it take to be delivered?
We can normally deliver within 5 working days.  We can also offer a quicker service with negotiation.   Delivery times can be confirmed by telephone or email.  We do not accept responsibility for delivery failures due to adverse weather conditions or other unforseen circumstances.

I need a job urgently, can you help with this?

Yes we can, we will aim to meet any deadline you may have and will keep you updated on the process.

How long will it take to create a proof?
We normally take 1-3 days to produce a design proof for you. Although, there are times when this may take longer dependent on the intricacy and complexity of the design.

I would like a different stock (paper) then you show on your site, is this possible?
We can print on any stock required for your job and will advise on the best options available.

Can you do bespoke jobs?
Definately, this is our speciality, our designers love to be challenged in this way.  If you give us a call or email with the job details that you have in mind we will be  delighted to help.

What are print ready files?
Print ready files are generally PDF, JPG, TIF or EPS created by design software.

What if I miss the delivery?
If you are out when the delivery arrives, the courier will leave a card to let you know they have tried to deliver with details to arrange a different delivery date.
